FUN LANCASTER ENGAGEMENT SESSION

This was a majorly fun lancaster engagement session to never be forgotten. Emily & Brian are super fun people with a love that is warm and welcoming – and a kindness that makes you feel like you’re right at home. Emily, and interior designer, has a love for design! So as you browse through the photos, be sure to spot the talent! These two bought their house in 2018 and wanted to be sure that the true essence of the home was included.
Emily and Brian adore their dogs, brucey and penny. Naturally it was important to them that they be included in the engagement session. The dynamic between the two dogs was absolutely hilarious. I mean freaking hilarious. One is large and the other is small. All 3 of us spent a lot of time laughing.
*We often get asked if dogs are ok at sessions, and for one, we LOVE animals. (i sarah, am a vegan so yeah) – and secondly, if your dogs are apart of you and play a role in your love, connection and story — then yeah we want it!
Lancaster is known for their killer rooftop garages. Having engagement sessions on rooftop garages has become the new thing since sliced bread, and we’re here for it! Emily really loved the idea of having a view over the city, and again with her being an interior designer, she appreciated the architecture and fun lines. They had been hoping for a killer sunset that day, but this is Pennsylvania, where the weather changes every second.
Can we just take a moment and adore their amazing connection and dynamic?
Ahhh, The Pressroom. So Emily and Bryan are both from Lancaster. And they both really love cocktails. It’s a hobby they like to participate in, hehe. I mean, i can’t argue with that! So they wanted to hit up a staple in Lancaster. The Pressroom. We walked in for a few minutes while they laughed, snuggled and sipped on their favorite cocktails.
And lastly, these portraits were very special for Emily and Brian. This is their family, and this is the home that they live in that they are so incredibly proud of. I feel so lucky to have played a small role in this part of their lives. This certainly made for a fun lancaster engagement session.
