creating outside of contracted job is something i need to do more of. it really didn’t quite hit me until i was about a third of the way through this shoot and thought “this doesn’t feel like work. and its not rushed. this is the bunny trail i need to take more often” — just taking my time has such great benefits. — and i just want to say, this is a fantastic reason why couples should give wedding photographers enough time for portraits so they can thoroughly produce time invested images. its so important to not be rushed for those photos, but its also so important to keep on schedule. so when making your wedding day schedule, keep that in mind. 🙂 or even ask your photographer the length of time they prefer. — and photographers. if your not already, find some you time. take some time to wash your creative brain and take your good ole time. you will thank yourself.
