RUTGERS ENGAGEMENT SESSION

This Rutgers engagement session will fill your heart with so much love .

Alyssa and Mick met at Rutgers in late 2012. A friend of her’s led her to a party on Halloween that consisted of boys her friend knew from home. Costumes and all, Alyssa said that when she first locked eyes with Mick, that she knew this was for the long haul, as cliche as it sounds. Mick and her immediately connected and their friends very quickly started calling that they would get married. Alyssa says that Mick was to be a rebound, as she had just left another relationship; but little did she know she had just met her soulmate.

After Mick graduated,  two years of their relationship they did long distance. But Alyssa knew that it would still work out. She says that Mick allowed her to be unbashedly herself, and he was everything she didn’t know she needed.

After life just being life for the both of them; buying a house, jobs etc .. marriage wasn’t first priority. But in 2019, Mick caught Alyssa off guard and proposed … WITH A KITTEN! (they already had 3) Alyssa was in pure shock (trust me, i watched their proposal vid and she was definitely in shock, hehe – i’ll attach it below) And now, they are happily planning their 2021 march harry potter vibed wedding!

It was very important that they had their Rutger’s engagement session in the place where it all began. We went to both Alyssa and Mick’s dorm, and well as a pizza shop they used to eat at frequently. We even re-did a photo that they took way back in that first year. (see below)

I seriously had such a blast with these two, and cannot wait for their wedding!
