LONGWOOD GARDENS ENGAGEMENT SESSION

a wisteria heaven. a spring dream. longwood gardens.

we love an engagement session at Longwood Gardens. the gardens are an absolute dream, where there is always something new to see. but when there is love to be photographed, and she wants flowers, there is no better place to go than longwood gardens. grant and maddie are a STAR couple. no matter what, they were present. they were present with each other, soaking in the quiet, intimate love they have for one another. while we found quiet areas of the gardens, with landscapes galore, and photographed them. we somehow lucked out, got their early, and literally had many places mostly to ourselves!

we are so incredibly excited for their wedding coming up in june! (they are getting married at the venue we got married at, historic shady lane) but most of all, we’re so thankful for the moments we get with our couples before the big day, like this one. it really gives us a chance to get to know our couples, their love and how they connect and interact so that day of, we’re golden and know exactly what to do to accentuate their love even more. and that is exactly what we did for this longwood gardens engagement session.

Oh those wisteria photos are GORGEOUS! Wowza! Really loved this session, Sarah! My favorite part of Longwood has to be the fern-covered bathrooms. Never had a more pleasant bathroom experience in my life haha! I also love Pierce’s Woods!

These are amazing! Longwood has a special place in my heart as somewhere I went with my late Papa, so i’m really loving this. I didn’t see any tower photos or any photos at the stone windows on the building near the fountains. Those windows make me think of the T.Swift love story video and would be perfect for the next wedding or engagement or even prom shoot 🙂 beautiful pics! You’re amazing!

These photos are stunning! Longwood is such a treasure, I love different areas depending on the time of year. The spring bulbs are such a welcome sight early in the year and the dessert plant room is my favorite place to go in the middle of winter when I just need a place to get warm and feel transported from the PA cold.
