asheville engagement session
this asheville engagement session was so much fun! sam, trey and i ran around an awesome parking garage in downtown! strange, i know. parking garages? cute? yeah, well, guess what they are! asheville has such a unqiue vibe and wonderful energy and so does trey and sam. so this engagement session showcases love, but the cool corners of asheville, nc.
when sam and trey had found me on instagram, because of hashtagging #ashevilleweddingphotographer (dont forget photographers, be sure to be on that hashtag game) i was STOKED! i’m not going to in too far with our story with them quite yet, as we’ll be sharing their wedding shortly, but we connected instantly. they genuinely care. we laughed SO much that my face hurt for the entire hour we were photographing this session. we walked all around the two separate parking garages that were in downtown asheville, and had a blast finding little light pockets, playing with morning light and overall creating a fun, urban and minimal engagement session!
we really adore traveling! we try the best that we can to book weddings outside of the area we live in, pennsylvania. so we are so incredibly thankful for them asking us to do this! we are so inspired by new areas, new venues, new cities etc. it’s like a blank canvas and we have all of the paint colors in the world. its a blank slate for us, and we love it!!
we love traveling to any and all locations in the world, especially asheville. if you’d like to chat with us about your asheville wedding, contact us here!
What a cute couple! You can tell that they just click. So much happiness exuding in these photos. Love it!
THANK YOU!! And thank you so much for taking a moment to comment!! <3
Lovin’ the cool, laid-back vibe of these!! They look like a fun couple. My favorite was the vertical one where he’s standing further back and she’s in front on a diagonal, I liked the spacing and the shadows! Also I’m obsessed with your new editing, it’s still so you but crisp and bright, so beautiful!
thank you boo thang!! i really appreciate it like so so much!! xoxoxo much love to you, OH and happy belated birthday!!!
In the first set of vertical photos of the two of them on the stairs, the second vertical one of the right, is my favorite. The way she is leaning into him and giggling reminds of a true moment they would have together, even without the camera on them, when they’re out with friends laughing, or they’re at home making jokes, or they just read a funny meme. There’s no pretense and I love that!
