this was the most elegant and romantic winter wedding that i have ever witnessed or photographed. and ashley was the actual image of a perfectly elegant bride. (wait until you see her dress) when ashley had inquired with me about her winter wedding, i had all visions running through my mind. i knew that she wouldn’t let me down by hosting the most elegant and romantic winter wedding ever. and you’ll be able to see for yourself, she knew what she was doing. she’s a smart cookie AND killer photographer. go check out her website here!
ashley and nick are literally the most kind hearted, warm and welcoming humans. their love is so unique, and perfect. you know when your so in love and you feel like you and your other are the only two in the room. this was them. they had tunnel vision totally directed right towards each other. and you could just see it. you could see their love just floating around and wrapping all of their guests at their elegant romantic winter wedding.
ashley and nick’s personality was ALL OVER this wedding through and through. first off, they hosted their wedding at rusty rail brewing company. THEY. LOVE. BEER. this is a brewery. so obviously it made sense to have an elegant winter wedding at a brewery. duh! and the staff here was out of this world! we were SOOOO appreciated by them, which doesn’t always happen and they even offered us a beer at the end of the night AND brought it to us! thank you rusty rail! next, ashley chose one of our favorite makeup artists the bonafide ginger who SLAYED ashley’s entire look. go ahead and check out her bridal portraits and tell me she isn’t slayin’. then they hired splints and daisies who turned that place into a romantic garden straight out of another country. it was so whimsical. she nailed the whole elegant romantic winter wedding look. sapphire road weddings had te the perfect touches to all of ashley’s visions! nick and ashley love to dance and party so they knew they had to invite leeroy to dj this party. leeroy from klock entertainment brought it! he owned that wedding. he had people sweating and burning calories. (you have to see his special portraits below) and lastly, they hired the ruby company for video. ryan was so amazing to work with and just knew exactly what to do to get the shot. he nailed it!
