After that call, we’ll send over your proposal with the package options. You’ll choose what you want, sign on the dotted line and then pay the invoice of 50% down.
After it’s official, we’ll send you a welcome email consisting of the “client lounge.” Here you’ll find all of the info you need between then and your wedding day.
Next we’ll chat about your engagement session. We’ll send you a Q-air to help us learn more about you and figure out a location that best suits your relationship. And a big bonus, on that client lounge you’ll find a “engagement session guide” for engagement sessions and it talks about what to wear.
It’ll be engagement session time. We’ll meet up, hang out and photograph. Within the 2 weeks following, you’ll receive your full gallery!
3 months before your wedding we’ll send you your wedding day questionnaire. Once it’s completed, you’ll be prompted to schedule your final call with us. On this call we’ll fully go over all of the details and curate an official media team wedding day schedule that we will then send to you.
Final payment will be due 30 days before your wedding. But you always have the option to pay prior, by utilizing your client portal system that you’ll have access to in the client lounge.
The week following your wedding, we’ll send you a sneak peak slideshow with 30+ images. All photos in that slideshow, we’ll send you a starter gallery so you have access to download those sneaks right away.
And lastly, you’ll receive your full gallery within 6-8 weeks!
